Our goal is to provide outstanding meals and service. Being human, we sometimes may fall short.

 If diners report the following issues, we may refund or adjust to the diner the cost of the meal.

  • Food arrived damaged
  • Food was undercooked
  • An issue with food quality
  • Food poisoning
  • Food allergies
  • Foreign objects in food 
  • Special Instructions not followed when charged by the restaurant
  • The order was missing an item, an item included in the order was not correct, the entire order was incorrect
